Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of products, memberships, and event registrations from Stepace Wellness, Inc. (“Stepace”) through stepace.us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. We’ll refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Pricing, taxes & fees

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Georgia sales tax is added at checkout. A disclosed card-processing surcharge may apply to card payments; you can avoid it by using a no-surcharge method where offered.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & pickup

We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping (free over $75) and local Atlanta pickup where available. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Memberships

HighRoller memberships grant the benefits described at purchase for the stated term and are non-refundable once activated. Benefits may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stepace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
